Overview
Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). Own solution design, ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, FSL, Revenue Cloud)
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure designs
- Lead FSL implementations (work orders, scheduling, mobile workforce, inventory)
- Design CPQ & Billing solutions (pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, renewals)
- Define integration architecture (APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
- Establish data models, governance, and migration strategies
- Ensure security, compliance, and environment/release governance
- Provide technical leadership, code/design reviews, and team mentorship
- Engage stakeholders, lead workshops, and support pre-sales/RFPs
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in FSL, CPQ, Billing, Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows (design level)
- Integration patterns, async processing, DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and performance tuning

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
