Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kinaxis Developer to join our Supply Chain technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse development, configuration, and integration within enterprise supply chain planning environments. The candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to support end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for supply chain planning processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, worksheets, reports, alerts, and automation within Kinaxis.
- Configure data models, business rules, calculations, and control sets in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Perform data integration activities between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Support supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and testing teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and deployment activities.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4 years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes.
- Hands-on experience in Kinaxis configuration and development.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL/integration concepts.
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of APIs, scripting, and automation tools.
- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and integrations.
- Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or S&OP modules.
