- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and coordination
- Manage domestic travel planning and logistics for executives
- Oversee office operations for NJ and NY offices with equal time split
- Handle supply procurement, vendor coordination, and contract follow-ups
- Maintain budgeting trackers and monitor office-related expenses
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning across both locations
