Looking for an experienced Corporate Actions Specialist to join their Operations team. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This candidate will be responsible for processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for the firm.
Additional Responsibilities: Include assisting key stakeholders with corporate action related inquiries, reconciliation, and settlement. The ideal candidate will come with at least 3-5 years of industry experience and knowledge of fixed income and equity securities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience 3-5 years of operations and/or related experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, collaborative and innovative solution-focused thinking skills.
- Knowledge of custodian bank operating standards and interoperability with asset management.
- Knowledge of equity and fixed income securities a MUST.
- Specific knowledge of corporate actions is a MUST.
- Knowledge of BRS Aladdin a PLUS.
