- Communicate with customers via calls, email & written correspondence
- Negotiate payment plans and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service in sensitive situations
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- Basic computer skills
- Open to flexible shifts
