This role requires expertise in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys
- Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree with 7 years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2 years of relevant experience in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences)
- Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package
- Experience in survey design and item development
- Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
- Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
- Proficiency with Google suites
Desired skills:
- Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous
