Responsibilities:
- Help define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs
- Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies
- Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises
- Keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency
- Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery
- Enhance process structures to support project teams
- Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep communications concise and to the point
- Experience in non-consulting backgrounds (management or traditional consulting firms will not be considered)
- Demonstrated career stability with 2 years of tenure in previous positions
- Ability to work on the west coast time zone
Desired skills:
- Startup or self-employment experience is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco is a strong preference
