Seeking a Business Analyst to transform data into insights that can help improve the value of the Project Services
You will:
- Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization, as well as providing reports through office applications to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into meaningful analysis and support data-driven strategies for the purpose of executing the department’s mission.
- Utilize data to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Pay Rate: $50-52/hour on W2 basis
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (40 hours per week)
Location: Avila Beach, CA (Onsite - 4/10 work schedule M-TH 6am-4:30pm)
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in Avila Beach area (Pismo Beach, Morro Bay or San Luis Obispo area)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- SQL proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Maintain FFD Requirements to work at Nuclear Power Plant facility
