Day-to-Day
- On-site schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
- Some traveling to other service centers; Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Valencia
Required Skills
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
