Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
 Collect daily QC Samples.
 Put newly collected samples that require specific storage conditions in a designated area for a specified period.
 Perform a visual inspection of all collected QC samples.
 Report to QC Lab Supervisor or Quality Laboratory Manager any visual defect found.
 Verify the calibration status of all equipment & tools to use for measuring quality characteristics.
 Set up required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality standards.
 Report to the QC Lab Supervisor any sample that fails any required test.
 File all quality documentation.
 Perform any other tests when required.
 Daily cleaning of all equipment and work surfaces within the lab.

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
 High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
 Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel and Access)
 Detail Oriented
