Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Performs mold changeovers, set-ups, and start-ups as directed.
Troubleshoots equipment and auxiliary equipment to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.
Makes process setting adjustments to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.
Performs routine daily maintenance and repairs on process and building equipment as directed.
Completes required documentation completely and accurately per cGMP requirements.
Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent program preferred.
Basic skills in industrial electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Must have one year of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
