This position is accountable for delivering flawless execution and service throughout the customer lifecycle—from early package development through production and launch.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, customer-centric professional who demonstrates strong project management capabilities, a proactive sense of urgency, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Acting as a natural customer advocate, the Product Execution Specialist ensures timelines, specifications, and commitments are met while fostering trusted, long-term customer relationships.

This role works cross-functionally with internal teams—including Sales, Operations, Design, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, and Innovation—as well as with customer stakeholders, to drive alignment, execution, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Project Execution

  • Partner closely with sales executives and sales management to support new business acquisition by facilitating seamless communication between customers and FusionPKG operational teams in the U.S. and China.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of new opportunities, managing projects from package development through production and customer launch.
  • Coordinate the ordering, development, execution, and customer approval of pre-production samples, including packaging and decoration specifications.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes, including completion of setup documentation and credit applications.
  • Ensure flawless execution of first-run production orders by confirming schedules and actively monitoring production and shipment milestones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for customer-related needs across internal departments, including:
  • Operations: project planning, launch readiness, and milestone tracking
  • Purchasing: item costing, pricing validation, and order tracking
  • Quality: issue resolution, corrective action tracking, and customer responses
  • Engineering: technical guidance and packaging solution development
  • Creative: artwork review and selection of decoration options
  • Accounting: customer setup, credit approvals, and deposits

Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Maintain frequent, proactive communication with customer stakeholders in purchasing, planning, marketing, product development, and logistics.
  • Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships across customer organizations to ensure all requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Provide timely order confirmations, status updates, and milestone communications.
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing documentation, including quotations, price lists, item approval sign-offs, open order reports, and other customized reports as needed.
  • Anticipate risks, delays, or challenges and proactively collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive timely solutions, decisions, and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B customer account support or client-facing roles, preferably within consumer product design, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development or project management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is highly desirable.

Success Profile

Successful Product Execution Specialists are detail-oriented, highly responsive, and execution-focused professionals who thrive in cross-functional environments. They consistently deliver on commitments, balance competing priorities with confidence, and act as a trusted advocate for both the customer and the business.
