Launch Your Engineering Career with RISE: Aptar’s Engineering Rotation Program

If you are ready to jump into a career that’s hands-on, fast‑on, fast‑paced, and full of possibility, Aptar’s new RISE Engineering Rotation Program is built for you. This two-year‑year experience is designed to accelerate your growth, broaden your technical skill set, and help you discover where you can make the biggest impact.

Why RISE Stands Out

RISE isn’t a traditional classroom learning experience — it’s real engineering from day one. As an integral member of the team, you will rotate through multiple disciplines, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn directly from experts who are shaping the future of Aptar’s innovative packaging and dispensing solutions. It’s a chance to explore, experiment, and find your path with the support of a global industry leader.

What the Program Looks Like

  • Duration: 2 years (July 2026 – June 2028)
  • Rotations: 3 immersive rotations in 3 different locations, ~8 months each
  • Possible Locations: Congers, NY | Cary, IL | Mukwonago, WI | Auburn, AL| Lincolnton, NC |
  • Focus Areas:
    • Manufacturing
    • Quality Assurance
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Automation

Each rotation gives you a new lens into how engineering drives innovation, quality, and efficiency across Aptar’s operations.

Support That Sets You Up for Success

You won’t be navigating this journey alone. RISE participants receive:
  • Dedicated mentorship from experienced engineers and current leadership teams
  • Leadership and professional development training through our global award-winning Corporate University
  • Career coaching and networking opportunities
  • Housing allowance and relocation assistance to help you with each move you make
  • Full access to Aptar’s comprehensive benefits package

This is a program built to help you grow—not just as an engineer, but as a leader.

Who We’re Looking For

If you are a 2025–2026 engineering graduate who is eager to learn, curious about exploring multiple disciplines, and open to relocation, you will be well positioned to succeed in RISE. We are looking for individuals who are energized by challenge, driven by innovation, and committed to building a career with purpose. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without sponsorship.

Why RISE Matters

RISE represents Aptar’s commitment to developing the next generation of engineering talent. By experiencing diverse roles and locations, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and build the adaptability required to lead in an evolving industry.

But RISE isn’t solely about what you gain—it’s also about what you contribute. Each participant brings a unique perspective that strengthens our teams and enriches our culture.

RISE matters because you matter.

What’s Ahead

In this inaugural year of the program, we’ll welcome our first RISE cohort of several driven graduates ready to start their journey. This initial cohort will benefit from a smaller, more personalized experience and will play an active role in shaping future cohorts and contributing to program design.

Don’t miss this opportunity to not only accelerate your career, but help shape the future of the cohorts to come.

Apply today

If you’re interested in a career in Engineering and a future in leadership, apply today. This application is for the overall RISE program; specific rotation placements will be determined in partnership with our HR team at a later stage.

We plan to have you start and end at one location, which will be known as your “home” location.

We can’t wait to meet you!
