Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Business & Marketing Assistant located in York, PA. The candidate will support various sales and marketing initiatives, conduct market research, engage in customer service activities, and assist with implementing marketing strategies. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients, managing leads, and supporting business development efforts to help grow APTAGEN’s presence in the biotechnology space.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Experience or interest in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales & Marketing principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Educational background or experience in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
