React UI/UX Developer-Bilingual

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team on a long-term contract. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to design, develop, and deliver clean, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in front-end development, has strong UI/UX sensibilities, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-focused interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries using functional and class-based components
• Implement and maintain global state management using Redux
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes from Figma into high-quality code
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless user experiences
• Conduct UI/UX reviews, propose improvements, and ensure consistency across the application
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers
• Work efficiently in IntelliJ IDEA or a similar IDE
• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and iterative development processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 3 years of UI/UX development experience
• Strong proficiency with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with both functional and class components
• Solid experience with Redux (Thunk, Saga, or Toolkit preferred)
• Experience using Figma to interpret and translate design assets
• Proficiency with IntelliJ IDEA or comparable development tools (VS Code, WebStorm, etc.)
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI patterns
