Automation Engineer – Legal Technology

A global firm is seeking Automation Engineer to help transform the way legal professionals work through automation, AI and workflow innovation.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative technology team where you'll design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, streamline business processes and drive the adoption of AI across the organization.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Building solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Integrating automation with existing business applications and systems.
- Supporting the full solution lifecycle from design through to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Providing technical guidance to junior team members and helping shape future automation strategy.
We're looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years' experience delivering automation and workflow solutions.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning concepts and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
