Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, basic plumbing and electrical experience. The individual must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Execute turnover projects, including flooring and cabinetry.
- Lay tiles for flooring or wall applications as needed.
- Assemble furniture or other structures as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity for handling tools and materials safely.
- A valid and clean driver's license may be required.
