We are a Physical Therapy practice, specializing in Outpatient Orthopedics. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Tech/Aide, to provide rehab assistance to our highly skilled team of Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapy Aide will perform direct and indirect patient care as assigned by a licensed Physical Therapist. This position is available in College Park, MD.

What you'll be doing -

• Assist clinicians with set up of patient exercises
• Monitor treatment under direct supervision of licensed PT
• Set up patients with hot/cold packs and other physical therapy equipment
• Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis
• Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards
• Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort
• Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff

What you'll need -

• High School or higher level of education
• Be available to work Mondays/Tuesdays Noon - 8 PM, Wednesdays/Thursdays 9 AM - 5 PM and Fridays 8 AM - 4 PM, each week.
• CPR certified preferred
• Personal vehicle required for transportation to and from the clinic location.
• English/Spanish speaking is needed.
• Some Rehab, patient care, exercise therapy and/or PT Tech/Aide experience is preferred. If you can bring enthusiasm, motivation and a willingness to learn, training will be provided.
