As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy and rehabilitation techniques to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises for home care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications and Schedule
- Licensed or in the process of becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy principles.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Must be available to work in Cambridge, MD. Monday - Friday, some shifts 7 AM - 3 PM and 2 - 3 shifts 11 AM - 7 PM, each week.

- Depending on experience - Annual salary of $95,000 - $105,000 for a Physical Therapist to treat in an Outpatient setting.
