We have immediate opportunity for an experienced, full time, Bilingual Medical Front Office Receptionist in the area of Glen Burnie, MD. If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, general front office experience and leadership skills, you could be a great fit for this opportunity!

The Front Office Receptionist should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our day to day office operations run smoothly.
What you'll be doing;
Daily oversight of front office activity, including - Scheduling, managing patient flow, answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages.
Scheduling patient appointments
Data entry of patient information
Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy
Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients
Maintain a neat, clean and organized front office area
Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients
Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed.
What you'll need -
- Must be able available Monday - Friday, Noon - 8 PM, each week.
- Be a great multi-tasker, organizer and team member.
- A minimum of 2 years of consistent medical front office/Receptionist experience is required. Training will also be provided, just bring motivation and enthusiasm, with a willingness to learn.
- Some Management/Supervisor experience is a plus. Computer savvy is needed.
- Be able to give your guests and patients a friendly and comfortable first impression that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits.
- Need to own a personal vehicle to get to the office on time.
- Bilingual fluent English/Spanish is a requirement.
