Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all Competitive Strategy initiatives within a specific therapeutic or functional domain.
• Manage a broad portfolio of projects and recurring workstreams with varying levels of complexity.
• Shape and execute the business and operational strategy for the Competitive Strategy function, including setting KPIs, performance goals, revenue targets, utilization benchmarks, and business development objectives.
• Partner with project and account teams to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.
• Design and scope strategic engagements tailored to client objectives and market needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of client projects—from planning and research through reporting and team coordination.
• Drive revenue growth through existing client relationships and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across clinical, regulatory, and commercial facets of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Mentor junior team members and support internal learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate key insights into strategic outputs.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and foster internal innovation.
• Champion corporate responsibility by contributing to environmental and social impact initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business, data science, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in competitive intelligence, strategy, or consulting within the biopharma industry.
• Deep expertise in one or more therapeutic areas (oncology, immunology, CVRM preferred).
• Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects, ideally in a consulting setting.
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, commercialization, and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, GCP).
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, access challenges, and KOL engagement strategies.
• Track record of delivering actionable insights, strategic frameworks, and high-impact recommendations.
• Experience in managing direct reports and fostering professional growth within teams.
