Apserou Shiaka & Co is an accounting, audit and tax advisory firm that provides services to both local and international clients. The owners of the firm are Chartered Certified Accountants.

Our firm is seeking to recruit an Accountant for our offices in Nicosia for full time employment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and posting invoices, processing receipts and payments, reconciliation of Creditors & Banks and any other accounting work needed to ensure complete and accurate accounting records
• Communicating with clients
• Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
• Prepare Vat & Vies reports
• Preparation of tax forms such as IR63 , IR7 , IR614
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Assist the manager in the preparation of audit files and reports and any other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualification, Skills And Experience

• LCCI Higher or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Fluent oral and written English & Greek.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work as a team member
• Communication skills
