Corrugator Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: Wooster, OH
Pay: $74,080 – $92,600 base salary bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Salaried | 2nd Shift
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Corrugator Supervisor to lead 2nd shift corrugator operations at a manufacturing facility in Wooster, OH. This role is responsible for supervising hourly production employees and driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, training, and team engagement while ensuring the shift runs efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise one assigned shift of hourly employees in corrugator operations
- Oversee the daily production of corrugated board while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Train, assign, coach, and support employees on shift
- Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with plant policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support development and accountability
- Help build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented shift environment
- Communicate effectively with plant leadership, other supervisors, office staff, and operations teams
- Resolve day-to-day production, staffing, and workflow issues to keep the shift running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Corrugated industry experience required
- Strong corrugator operational knowledge / hands-on corrugator experience required
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Safety-first mindset with a strong drive for results
- Ability to lead from the floor, train employees, and keep teams engaged and accountable
Ideal Background
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corrugator operations and the box-making process and be comfortable leading a production team on shift. This person should be visible on the floor, engaged with employees, able to train and support both new hires and experienced operators, and capable of creating a positive team atmosphere while still driving performance and accountability.
