This position provides strong collaboration with the HR Department team who provide critical services across multiple areas such as recruitment, benefits, classifications, policy interpretation, leave administration, Open Enrollment, leadership coaching, employee relations activities, organizational development, risk management, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Engages with the Executive team and Management on projects and initiatives
- Manages complex, problem resolution support in dealing with performance management, employee relations issues and organizational change management.
- Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provides consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures throughout the company
- Drives the execution of full cycle recruitment plans to ensure the attraction, selection and successful recruitment of potential talents that will further drive the achievement of staffing goals, as well as the business’s overall objectives.
- Maintains clear and detailed knowledge of industry trends, new technologies in human resources and best practices to attract and retain valuable employees
- Performs other duties as it relates to human resources, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, masters preferred
- Minimum of three to five years of previous experience in a similar role
- Strategic thinker with business acumen
- Ability to build relationships and trust with strong skills in coaching and mentoring
- Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to engage with others, establish trust and build solid professional relationships
