Join APS Fulfillment Inc., one of South Florida’s fastest-growing 3PL and e-commerce fulfillment centers, as a Kitting & Production Associate.
This is a hands-on production role inside a warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for building, assembling, and preparing products at scale for major e-commerce brands, Amazon FBA shipments, and retail distribution.
Unlike traditional manufacturing, our work is client-driven and fast-moving, meaning every project is different. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are critical, as your work directly impacts how products reach customers and retail partners.

Duties
- Build and assemble product kits based on detailed client instructions (Amazon FBA, retail, DTC orders)
- Organize and prepare components for large-scale production runs
- Label, bundle, and package products to meet strict client and retailer requirements
- Follow SOPs and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy across all builds
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all kits meet specifications before shipment
- Assist with bulk production projects and time-sensitive client deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations
- Support warehouse operations by moving materials and staging production areas
- Communicate with supervisors on progress, errors, or supply needs

Experience
- Previous warehouse, kitting, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Experience with Amazon FBA prep, labeling, or retail shipments is a strong plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, packaging processes, or light assembly work is beneficial
- Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
