Dispatcher/Scheduler

APS Environmental Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join their team in our Bedford, NH location. You will work directly with Lead Admin and Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in environmental health and safety, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to upholding regulatory compliance and safety standards. Prior experience in the Environmental/Asbestos field is desired, but not necessary.Key Responsibilities:Answering and making phone calls to new and existing customers.Coordinate and schedule daily routes for our field technicians and service teams.Dispatch field personnel to job sites efficiently and promptly.Monitor job progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed.Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates.Maintain accurate records of service requests, job completions, and technician activities.Collaborate with team members to optimize route efficiency and improve service delivery.Respond to emergency service requests and adjust schedules accordingly.Assist with generating reports to be distributed to clients.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.Knowledge of environmental services or similar industry is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Commitment to environmental sustainability.
