Essential FunctionsAbility to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Ability to perform visual inspection of vehicle body panels. Ability to write clearly and learn to use handheld scanners. CompetenciesEffective communicator in listening, writing, and verbal. Must be detail oriented. Ability to work as a team. Ability to multi task Punctual and dependable person. Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct reports. Work EnvironmentOutdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity, etc.) Physical DemandsLight physical activity, performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative or production/technical nature. Manuel dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime. TravelThis position does not have any travel requirements. Required Education and ExperienceNo prior experience or training. Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Credential).
