Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team!
Job Description:
- Assist the PM in planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
- Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence
- Prepare and manage project documentation
- Conduct on-site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
