Branch Operations | Non-Exempt (Hourly)

The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting branch operations by recruiting, onboarding, and placing associates in light industrial and other positions. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring orders are filled quickly, accurately, and with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial assignments.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify.
• Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Order Management & Placement

• Fill client job orders with qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Match employee skills, availability, and reliability with customer needs.
• Confirm placements, communicate start details, and manage assignment logistics.

Employee & Client Support

• Maintain ongoing communication with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct check-ins with new hires and active assignments.
• Address attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns in partnership with management.

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Avionté or similar).
• Support workers' compensation claims and incident reporting as needed.
• Assist with unemployment claims and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to EEOC, OSHA, and company policies.

Operations Support

• Assist with front office activities, including answering phones and assisting walk-in applicants.
• Maintain PPE and office supply inventory.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend support.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in light industrial staffing or high-volume recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or staffing software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
