Role Title: Senior RF Engineer
Location: Linthicum, MD (100% on-site) - open to candidates willing to relocate
Compensation & Benefits:

What You’ll Own
- Design and develop RF hardware systems end-to-end (front-end and back-end)
- Lead hardware design efforts and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Perform RF systems design including receiver design, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up
- Conduct spectrum and signal analysis using tools such as network analyzers and power meters
- Plan and execute RF lab testing and support field testing events
- Build and integrate new products with mechanical and electrical engineering teams
- Support prototype development and customer demonstrations
- Contribute to business development efforts as needed
- Mentor and support junior engineers
Must-Haves
- U.S. citizenship (due to future security clearance needs)
- At least 10 years of RF/microwave design experience
- Strong mixed-signal RF systems design experience (especially front-end receiver design)
- RF or mixed-signal PCB design and layout experience
- Proficiency with tools such as Altium/Orcad, ADS/Microwave Office, CST Studio or HFSS
- Experience conducting RF component and system tests
- Hands-on experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, and Oscilloscopes
- Familiarity with DSP (theory, simulation, or software implementation)
Nice to Have
- Active or previous security clearance (preferred, not required)
- Experience with MATLAB, C/C , Python
- Knowledge of DFM for electrical/mechanical systems
- Hands-on experience with 3D printers, Fusion360, or SolidWorks
- SDR experience (GNU Radio, Redhawk, Ettus, Epiq, etc.)
- Background in one or more: EW systems, radars, SIGINT, ELINT, DRFM, SDR, SATCOM
- Experience in areas like FEC, synchronization, modulation/demodulation, beamforming, equalization, adaptive filtering, or physical layer protocols (3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi)
