Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of regular, full-time Indutrial Maintenance Mechanic at our Poynette, Wisconsin production facility to support the 2nd Shift. Hours are Monday - Friday 3 PM - 11 PM

Hourly role with quarterly bonus potential.

Responsibilities

\n
• Repairing and maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment and associated electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and structural make-up
\n
• Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs
\n
• Maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment
\n
• Updating our computerized maintenance management system (eMaint by Fluke)
\n
• Maintaining supply discipline by ordering replacement parts
\n
• Rebuilding/repairing pneumatic hand tools
\n

\n
• Background in Industrial Maintenance.
\n
• Solid background with and knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment repairs.
\n
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment.
\n
• Able to operate a variety of small hand and power tools, a variety of electronic test and measurement equipment, and a variety of production machines and equipment.
\n
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary.
\n
• Curious mindset for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
\n

\n
• Ability to operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts is desirable.
\n
• Ability to read electrical schematic/ladder logic diagrams and ability to troubleshoot electronic controlled device.
\n
• Knowledge of root cause analysis/troubleshooting skills

• Education or working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs
