What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Growth Associate – Part-Time position at April Corporation?
In a nutshell:
This is a Part-Time Sales & Account Management position (base commission) for a growing spice company. You'll be reaching out to retailers across the country, introducing our no-salt, clean-label dry rubs. This is technically cold calling—but in reality, most retailers are open to hearing our offer, and our starter deal makes the first sale easy. We provide training, full support, and no cap on commissions or bonuses. Once accounts are established, they can become a solid source of recurring income.
We’re looking for individuals with great communication skills and a professional presence—especially on the phone and in video meetings. No sales experience required, but you must be comfortable with outreach and relationship building.

Location & Hours:
We are located at Murrieta near the French Valley Airport. While flexible to a degree, we are looking for a candidate who is available in the morning hours into early afternoon during the week due to the nature of the business. This will be a Limited Part-Time position in the beginning with proposed 9~10 hours per week but can quickly grow upon successful results!
