We are seeking a collaborative, clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values ethical practice, progressive approaches to behavior analysis, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Qualifications

  • Solid foundational clinical skills and awareness of professional boundaries and scope of competence.

  • Strong supervision, coaching, and mentorship skills.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and authorization requests in accordance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Meet established billable service expectations.
  • Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and organizational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable BACB Ethics Code requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based clinical practices and organizational standards, including those established by leading organizations such as CASP and BHCOE.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with caregivers and provide education on treatment implementation and progress.
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary providers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case review meetings with leadership to discuss client progress and treatment planning.
