Utility Operations Application Specialist
Paramus, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We are seeking a Utility Operations Application Specialist to support and optimize Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications for utility operations. This role will provide Tier 2/3 application support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage system upgrades and integrations, write SQL queries for data analysis, and collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure reliable system performance.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience supporting utility operations applications
- Hands-on experience with MWM and/or EAM systems
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
- Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and incident management
- Knowledge of APIs/integrations, Windows, and iOS application support
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with IFS MWM, HxGN, or Kloudgin
- Utility metering/AMI experience (Sensus, Itron, Neptune)
- Python or PowerShell scripting
- AWS certification
