Duties

• Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and accurately, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs with enthusiasm.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Support food industry best practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
