Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Strategic Partnership:
- Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for our Wholesale Master distributors, Key Account Distributor (Cosmoprof, Utah, Target, etc), building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence within these key channels.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any potential challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership to onboard and develop strategies for new potential key accounts (e.g., Target, Cosmoprof).
- Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment:
- Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of complex purchase orders, ensuring all pricing, terms, and shipping requirements are met.
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from entry into our ERP system to final delivery, serving as the liaison between the customer and our internal logistics/warehouse teams.
- Proactively resolve any order discrepancies, shipping issues, or customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve any invoicing issues.
- Partner with the Marketing team to align on product launches, promotions, and marketing support for your accounts.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Director of Sales.
- Maintain meticulous records of all account activities, communications, and orders within our CRM system.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales operations, with direct experience in the nail or beauty industry.
- Proven experience managing key accounts, major distributors, or big-box retail partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail, especially in order processing and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with key partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
