Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position supports job site operations by assisting with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general construction tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, concrete finishers, steel workers, etc.) as needed on job sites.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Prepare work areas by setting up barricades, staging materials, or assisting with layouts.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow directions from site supervisors and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required — training available.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
