Role Description
Apres Beauty & Wellness is seeking a social media and marketing professional to guide the digital presence of our growing medical aesthetics clinic. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative vision, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to elevate brand visibility through high-quality content and thoughtful marketing execution.
While this is a marketing position, the role also includes front desk support during on-site days to maintain a consistent and welcoming client experience.
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Location: East Hanover and Sparta, New Jersey

Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media
- Lead the development of Apres monthly social media strategy and content calendar
- Create high-quality photo and video content that aligns with brand standards
- Manage posting, community engagement, and platform growth across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent visual identity across channels
- Proactively identify marketing opportunities, trends, and campaign ideas
- Report on content performance and help shape future strategy
- Monitor, track, and analyze key social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, and follower growth.
- Develop clear, concise monthly performance reports that highlight insights, top-performing content, areas of opportunity, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing across captions, content formats, and posting times to optimize performance and continuously refine Apres digital strategy.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and industry benchmarks to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.
Front Desk Support
- Warmly welcome clients and assist with check-in
- Support phone calls, scheduling, and light administrative tasks
- Maintain an elevated and organized front desk environment that reflects our brand
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Previous experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service industries is a plus
- Confident taking full ownership of a brand’s social media presence
- Able to balance creativity with organization and execution
- Interested in a long-term role with room to grow as the clinic expands
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with online audiences and collaborating with team members
- Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying trends and generating ideas for content
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Previous experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
