Duties
- Perform aesthetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, adhering to all safety protocols
- Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
- Educate clients on various aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Aesthetic Record, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages through upselling techniques and product demos
- Assist with social media management by creating engaging content, sharing before-and-after photos, and responding to client inquiries online
Skills
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics, including Botox and dermal fillers.
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, inventory, and client records efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Knowledge of med spa software such as Aesthetic Record for scheduling and record-keeping
- Familiarity with social media management tools to enhance online presence and marketing efforts
- Skilled in sanitation practices, ensuring a sterile environment for all procedures
- Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is highly preferred; additional certifications in tattooing or hair extensions are a plus
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ability to perform other beauty services such as nail care, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or makeup application as needed
- Strong communication skills paired with a friendly, warm demeanor that fosters guest loyalty and satisfaction
