A Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Mariposa Autism Service Center would be responsible for modeling these core values, as they align with our code of ethics, at all times.
The BCBA will help guide and support you and the families we serve, through the development and implementation of behavior assessments, behavior strategies, positive behavioral support plans, data collection and analysis of behaviors for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. The BCBA will you with continuous monitoring of behavior interventions via ongoing performance monitoring and lead teams to make data driven decisions. The BCBA will help maintain a current understanding of best practices and demonstrate knowledge of behavioral and educational theories, resources, and regulatory procedures in the delivery of school behavioral services.
What we are looking for:
- Experience providing direct service working with school-aged children ranging from 3-21 years old.
- Ability to perform the direct behavior sessions for the child in their natural setting.
- Collect and record data based on the child’s behavior.
- Complete the required billing for the third-party billing company.
- Meet the Early Intervention FIT Program billing deadlines when providing MASC services through the EI program.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate a team approach toward treatment; provide guidance to staff on a variety of topics; and ability to effectively organize and communicate information to target audiences.
