What You Will Do:
- Respond to water damage assignments
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform emergency extraction and demolition
- Set drying equipment and track all equipment in the APR systems
- Document all actions taken on job site thoroughly
- Work a rotating on-call schedule
What You Need:
- Knowledge of interior construction
- Honesty and a keen work ethic
- A sense of urgency to get things done
- Ability to safely deal with heights and/or confined spaces
- 1 year of relevant mitigation experience preferred, including demolition
- WRT/ASD IICRC Certification preferred
- Experience working with insurance programs and TPAs, preferred
- Willingness to grow, develop, and succeed in a team environment
