Job Overview
APR Islands Management LLC - Qdoba Mexican Eats Franchisee is seeking for an energetic and dedicated Team Member to work in a fast-paced environment of a casual dining concept, directly linking the kitchen to the guests.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive success in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting where teamwork and excellence are celebrated.
Responsibilities
- Portion and present food according to Qdoba portion control guidelines and presentation standards Manage the serving line by replenishing food items, coordinating with cook and management staff to keep the line stocked with fresh dishesTake and process orders from customers, including special dietary requests, and operate POS systems for payment
- Interact with guests to answer menu questions, recommend items, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, counters, utensils, and equipment, following health and safety regulations
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure hot and cold items are served at safe temperatures within Qdoba and BOH requirements.
- Assist with basic food prep such based on the station working at
- Communicate effectively with cook, team members and management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours InterviewPrep
- Store and organize food in assigned containers to prevent spoilage
- Report equipment issues or low supplies to manager on duty as to help maintain inventory.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
