Job Summary
QDOBA Mexican Eats managed by APRI Management is seeking for an energetic and dedicated Shift Leader to help manage our dynamic restaurant team diring their schedule shifts.
On this role, you will support oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your shift support will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and support a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, coaching, and shift management while promoting hospitality excellence.
Experience
- Proven shift management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
- Background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
