What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at APR Consulting?
An electric utility client is looking for a Project Manager who has an experience managing one or more mid to large scale projects with responsibility for ensuring on time delivery of all deliverables including outputs and budget.
Position: Project Manager
Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 (Hybrid onsite days on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Pay Rate: $42.75/hr on W2
Duration: 5 months or longer
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops robust project plans, stakeholder analysis, RAID logs, status reports, risk mitigation
- Implements benefits realization satisfaction surveys and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery.
- Implements project management reporting tools progress dashboards and methodologies to gain visibility into HR project health and status.
- Works closely with third-party vendors to ensure contract terms and conditions are being met as well as managing the project schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of managing mid to large scale project
- Experience with cross functional projects such as IT, HR and third-party vendors
- Experience with building out project plans including RACI, RAID log
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- PMP certification
- Experience as Project manager for projects within HR functional area
- Experience with Smartsheet
