What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs and role requirements
- Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and social platforms
- Identify talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Engage both active and passive candidates
- Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct phone or video interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain professional and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients
- Assist with offer preparation and negotiations
- Help ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple searches
- Interest in staffing, recruiting, or executive search
- Finance jobs and Finance industry knowledge is a plus
- Exposure to executive search and high-level recruiting
