Job Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting daily workplace operations and providing administrative coordination for the office environment. This role ensures the workplace remains organized, functional, and welcoming for employees and visitors. The manager works closely with Facilities leadership and internal teams to support office logistics, vendor coordination, workplace services, and employee experience initiatives.This position focuses on operational coordination, workplace organization, and communication across teams to support a smooth employee experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace operations and office-related requests
  • Coordinate workplace logistics including seating arrangements, workspace setups, and office moves
  • Support daily office operations including supplies management, deliveries, and vendor access coordination
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating vendor services such as cleaning, maintenance, and workplace services
  • Maintain organized office spaces, storage areas, and supply inventories
  • Support workplace events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with HR and Recruiting to support employee onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, building access coordination, and first-day office readiness
  • Support HR-led employee engagement initiatives, workplace events, and office-based programs that contribute to a positive workplace environment
  • Monitor workplace needs and escalate facility issues to the facilities team when necessary
  • Assist with workplace communication related to office operations and updates
  • Maintain documentation and tracking related to workplace services and vendor coordination
  • Travel occasionally to other company locations to assist with facility support activities, as needed

Skills And Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced workplace environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Basic vendor coordination or administrative support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and workplace organization
  • Basic computer skills including email, calendar management, and workplace tools

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or coursework in business administration, workplace management, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in workplace operations, office administration, hospitality, or facilities coordination preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout the office environment during the workday
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work at a desk and use computer systems for coordination tasks
  • Vision and hearing sufficient to communicate effectively with employees and visitors

The annual salary range is $72,000 - $100,000
