About the Role
We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager / Product Support Specialist to coordinate engineering workflows, support product readiness, manage CI/CD release cycles, and assist customers and partners with technical integrations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical teams.
You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, product, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure smooth delivery of features, releases, and customer implementations.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate engineering tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Manage Jira boards, sprints, and cross‑team dependencies
- Support CI/CD workflows and ensure smooth deployments from development → QA → staging → production
- Prepare release notes, product documentation, and internal guides
- Assist Customer Success with technical escalations and integration questions
- Reproduce issues, gather logs, and provide actionable details to engineering
- Support product testing, validation, and rollout coordination
- Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and workflow maps
- Communicate release status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Collaborate with external vendors, offshore teams, and consulting partners
What You Bring
- Experience in technical project management, product support, or technical operations
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and software deployment processes
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project/ticketing tools
- Ability to read logs, JSON payloads, and API documentation
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate between technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Professional maturity and comfort working directly with executives and customers
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or cross‑border payments
- Familiarity with SQL for basic queries or data validation
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar tools
- Background in product operations, solutions engineering, or technical support
