Job Title: Workday HCM Architect

Location: Richmond, VA

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and configuration of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
• Define and maintain Workday architecture, integrations, and data flow with other enterprise systems
• Configure business processes, security roles, and reporting dashboards in Workday
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalability and compliance
• Provide technical leadership for Workday upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Workday HCM architecture and implementation
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Integrations
• Excellent understanding of HR processes, data governance, and system security
• Workday certification in HCM or Integrations preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $71.00 per hour
