The Dishwasher ensures that the kitchen stays clean and organized.Operation of dishwasher and other dishroom equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all itemsWash specific items by hand as neededOrganize and maintain clean equipment and ensure it gets put away in the appropriate locationTake garbage and trash to dumpster areaDaily washing of work areas, cooking equipment, walls and especially the floorsOther duties include box crushing, stocking of food products into dry storage and refrigerators/freezers, along with frying oil and can recycling.Must be able to follow cleaning and sanitation procedures and other duties as assigned by a supervisor.Assist with other housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned within the Catering Kitchen and Grandview Ballroom
