What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with billing-related questions and concerns.
- Research customer inquiries and identify appropriate solutions using available tools and resources.
- Follow up with customers to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and high-quality documentation.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general administrative tasks and other office needs as required.
- Work independently while being a supportive member of the team.
